my nickname is DenyIP. I am from Europe. This blog should describe my road to CCIE security.

I am CCNP with 6 yrs experience in networking.. I have also one exam missing to become CCSP (Its that exam where is option to pass NAC, CS-VPN, CS-MARS (CS-VPN has already gone from this exam) I am not sure if I finish my CCSP – I will see).. I have already passed CCIE sec written but I wont be able to schedule lab within 18 months after passing written… So I need pass written again I don’t plan any special studies for written .. I will study for lab and written simultaneously. I will focus on theory few days (weeks) before written exam

In my previous companies I got good experience with Cisco PIX/ASA firewalls and with Cisco IPSec VPNs.. In my current company We have large campus (over 1000 host in the total) as well as around 30 VPNs to our branches all over the world (unfortunately VPNs are build on Checkpoint firewalls – on other side I can get view on VPNs from other perspective than is Cisco). I have some experience with all parts of the blueprint (AAA, ACS, L2security, IOS firewall, IPS, VPN etc…) but of course i need to dig much, much more deeper

Recently I have been aksed  my company to do some voice project…I really like VOIP technology but its difficult to focus on security lab when I need study CCM, uninty and other voice stuff.. we will see
